Warranty Period
Hair Dryers, Flat Irons & Curling Irons: 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase
Clippers & Trimmers (GoldFX/FX Series): 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase
Accessories & Attachments: 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:
- Motor malfunctions not caused by misuse
- Heating element failures under normal operating conditions
- Battery degradation below 50% capacity within the warranty period
- Manufacturing defects in blades, barrels, and housing
- Electrical component failures
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear, including blade dulling and cosmetic scratches
- Damage from using unauthorized accessories or attachments
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized service centers
- Damage from dropping, impact, or exposure to water
- Commercial use beyond the tool's intended purpose
- Consumable parts such as filters and brushes
Warranty Claim Process
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, product model, and a description of the issue.
Our support team will assess your claim within 24-48 business hours.
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will either repair, replace, or refund your purchase.
Repaired or replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. Please retain your purchase documentation.
